On the afternoon of March 5, the fourth 16,000TEU LNG dual-fuel container vessel "MSC ANNAMARIA" built by our group's Yangzi Xinfu Shipbuilding for the MSC, departed from the shipyard wharf and delivered to shipowner for operation.

The vessel cut the first plate in early December 2023, keel laid in drydock in early June 2024 and launched at the end of October. The sea trial mission was successfully completed in late February 2025. This vessel is the fourth vessel in the series of 12 units of 16,000TEU dual-fuel container vessels built by our group for MSC. Different from the other three vessels in the series delivered previously, this vessel is the first large container vessel built by our company equipped with a wind deflector device, which can effectively reduce the wind resistance of the vessel during sailing, reduce carbon emissions by decreasing fuel consumption, and is helpful to further achieving the green and efficient operation of vessels.

On February 27, our group and MSC shipowner jointly held a naming and blessing ceremony for the new vessel. The God Mother, Ms. Dai Cheng, named the new vessel "MSC ANNAMARIA". On March 3, "MSC ANNAMARIA" was signed and delivered.
